Every have problems putting in a zipper? Then we have the class for you! In Zippers we will explore everything from the standard centered zipper to lapped, invisible and separating zippers. You will learn how to properly select the perfect zipper to fit your project. You'll also learn the secrets of shortening the zipper for that perfect fit. And as an added bonus, you will learn several professional techniques in dealing with special fabrics. As with all Claflin Academy classes, Zippers is a "hands-on" experience. Students will have the opportunity to make several samples using a variety of techniques. Skill Level II One session 3 hours
Class Fee: $35 includes zippers, sample materials and handouts.
